Trade Policy

Yes, you can bring in your gently used books for trade credit!

- Trade credit is 25 % of original list price for paperback books. 

- Books must be in very good condition.  We may not accept all books.  Most paperbacks are accepted.

- Some hardbacks may be accepted (very new releases or cookbooks and some non-fiction) but trade value will be less

- We reserve the right to refuse any book brought in for trade whether or not it was purchased at this store.

- Trade credit is valid for 1 year and is kept on file in the store

- Please bring no more than 2 paper bags per day in for trade.  Allow 10-15 minutes for us to sort thru your books.  We will let you know how much trade credit you have and you can take back the books we may not be accepting.

-Trades are accepted Tues-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm

Book price is 50% of the original list price unless otherwise noted.  Half of the PURCHASE price can be deducted from your trade credit, the remaining half must be paid with cash (or credit card).

Example:  If the cover price of a used book is $8.00, our price is $4.00, you can pay $2.00 trade credit and $2.00 cash (or credit card)

- Trade credit does not apply toward new books, special orders, vintage books, bargain books or new merchandise.
